We conduct periodic inspections (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) within a time frame that works best for you to ensure your property is safe from: Pests, Water, Visible Mold/Mildew, Power Outages, Environmental Hazards, Natural Disasters, Appliance Failures, Unauthorized Intrusion, and Vandalism.
Exterior services
Including, but not necessarily limited to:
Check and collect mail, removal of solicitations and newspapers
Check for signs of vandalism or unauthorized entry
Check doors and windows
Check exterior for animal or bug damage
Inspect all hose bibs
Inspect AC lines
Sprinkler checks
Lawn maintenance checks
Visual inspection of pool and deck areas

Including, but not necessarily limited to:
AC filter replacement and thermostat checks
Ensure doors and windows are secure
Check plumbing for signs of leaks
Search for signs of mold
Refrigerator and freezer checks
Smoke alarm batteries
Pre- and Post- Hurricane Services
All clients homes will be checked immediately after hurricanes have passed. We will:
Perform a post-hurricane check
Communicate condition to owner
Perform repair coordination as needed/requested by owner
As an add-on service, we will prep your home for storms, including:
Installing or closing existing storm shutters
Securing exterior furniture
Other prep as needed
repairs and emergency services
Including, but not limited to:
Communication of problems and potential problems to owner
Coordinate repairs upon owner approval
