Joe and Amanda Smith are the owners/operators of Brevard Beachside Home Watch. Joe is a military veteran and an active local law enforcement officer. Amanda is a background checked Communuity Association Manager. Both born and raised in Florida, we have generational ties to the community. We have a network of contractors and vendors available to schedule for repairs on your behalf (if requested)
